Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is charged at ₹49 for orders below ₹500 (excluding discounts, taxes, and offers). Orders above ₹499 may qualify for free shipping depending on location; others may incur additional charges. For specific regions, orders below ₹999 attract extra shipping fees. These charges are non-refundable in case of return or cancellation and may be revised at Trade350’s discretion.

Products will be delivered within  3–5 business days post-shipping, although bulky items may take longer. Delays due to uncontrollable logistics issues are not Trade350’s liability. In rare cases, orders may be canceled and refunded if undeliverable.

Prices shown at checkout are final; there are no hidden fees. Currently, we ship only within India, though purchases can be made from anywhere. Customers receive courier details and tracking numbers via email. Multiple delivery attempts are made before returning undelivered packages to the warehouse. Pre-booked items ship within 5 days of stock arrival.
